Since 2010, I’ve built my career in the construction and restoration industry — and for the past several years, I’ve worked as a licensed public adjuster focused on protecting policyholders when they need it most. After founding and running a successful fire and flood restoration company, and working closely with insurance carriers, I saw firsthand how the system can fail those it’s supposed to protect.
